At the Mclennen-Forster building, Jack continues to look for Paul but he is running out of time because Paul is being tortured by the Mclennen-Forster security guards. Jack finds the room and he kills the men and gets Paul and they make there way out of the building. The printout with information on Marwan’s contacts is secured. At CTU, Michelle is on a massive power trip and she immediately demotes Tony. Audrey knows that Tony has been invaluable to the investigation and she speaks up for him saying that he saved her and Jack‘s life earlier. Michelle didn’t know how much Tony contributed to CTU and she starts to re-think her decision. Meanwhile, Jack and Paul make there way out of the building. Outside we hear a helicopter approach. It lands and a massive tactical unit exit’s the chopper. Jack and Paul see how large the tactical teams are and they get the hell out of there and they head towards a near-bye business district. The soldiers exit the chopper and meet with Bill Conlon who briefs them on the situation. Conlon tells Spector to kill Jack and Paul and secure the incriminating document. Spector questions Conlon’s order but Conlon convinces them that Jack and Paul are responsible for the EMP. Meanwhile, Marwan continues to evade CTU and he knows he could be captured at any moment. He decides that the time has come to activate one of his most valuable sleeper cells. Marwan calls an American man named Mitch Anderson and tells him the time has come. Anderson then takes his Military uniform and leaves his home.

Jack and Paul enter the dark sporting goods store. The EMP has caused a massive blackout and the local business owners are aware of possible looters. The store owners see Jack and Paul in the store and they shoot at them. Jack says he is a Federal agent and he needs the owners help. Jack explains his case to the men and how this is all connected to the terrorist acts that occurred earlier in the day. The men who are middle-eastern brothers agree to help and they provide the firearms for what will be a massive gunfight. Meanwhile at CTU, Sarah speaks with Michelle and asks about her pay-increase and about her promotion. Michelle doesn’t want to deal with Sarah’s career ambitions and Sarah is out of line to be asking these questions during an investigation. Michelle dismisses Sarah and orders her to leave CTU. Later, Audrey speaks with Tony about Jack and she questions her and Jack’s relationship. Audrey has never seen Jack’s violent side and she consults with Tony who tells Audrey that Jack belongs in the field. Audrey also speaks with Secretary Heller and they talk about Audrey’s future with Jack. Meanwhile, Michelle speaks with Tony and agrees that he should be more involved at CTU and she gives him a more important assignment with Edgar. Michelle watched Tony deteriorate while they were together and she starts to realize that Tony may not be the drunk that she left and Michelle will kind of gradually see a different side of Tony.

Aboard Air Force One, President Keeler is briefed on CTU’s investigation and he is advised to stay in the air longer because of security concerns. Meanwhile, the soldiers are busy doing a search for Jack and Paul and they track them to the local business district. They get to the sporting goods store and prepare to make entry. Jack tells Paul and the owners that CTU would pick up the heat from a massive firefight. The soldiers arrive and Jack, Paul and the owners engage in a massive gunfight. At CTU, they see that the soldiers are using their radios and they see the heat signatures and a field unit is sent to the sporting goods store. Jack, Paul and the owners take heavy fire. After awhile, CTU arrives and the soldiers are cut down, well at least Jack thinks all of the soldiers are dead. One of the soldiers is still alive and he gets his gun and points it at Jack and fires. Paul Raines steps in front of Jack and takes the bullet and Paul falls to the ground. Across the city, Marwan speaks with Mitch Anderson, his sleeper cell who has just arrived at the Air Force base. Anderson is now wearing the Air Force uniform. Anderson tells Marwan that he has arrived and Marwan says the President will be landing soon.

ah encore que du tres bon, sarah viré par michelle excellent..... merde alors ca va peut etre se confirmer qu'elle est une taupe comme pense certain alors, meme si michelle la vire pour demande de promotion a un moment jugé inaproprié. et comme on sait dans les spoilers telephonique que sarah est encore la dans les ep 16 et 17 elle va donc revenir, car la taupe qu'elle pourrait etre a besoin d'info et saura se debrouiller pour etre dans les parages.... merde alors moi qui ne croyait pas du tout a la these de sarah la taupe je vais peut etre avoir tort.

sinon killer est dans la ligne de mire de marwan... excellent, le gros truc est donc bien ce kon pouvait prevoir.... keeler assassiné ou blessé en tous cas, le vice president qui le remplace et qui va donc se faire epauler par david palmer comme on sait kil revient lui aussi vers les 5 ou 6 derniers ep, ca colle. bref un grand moment encore, une bonne saison pour sur

enfin michelle se rend compte que Tony a l air d'etre sorti de sa mauvaise passe...du coup ca va mieux entre eux deux... pourvu que ca dure mais j'ai peu d'espoir pour qu'il se remettent ensemble... moins de 12 heures, ca laisse peu de temps a tony pour quitter sa copine et reconquérir michelle!

CHLOE IS BACK!!!
Selon un guide TV américain, Mary-Lynn Rajskub est citée dans le cast de l'épisode 14.
A mon avis, vu que Michelle la connait bien et que c'est la meilleure (avec Edgar) à son poste, elle sera appelée pour remplacer Sarah.
Une bien bonne nouvelle en tout cas!

At the sporting goods store a CTU medical helicopter arrives and picks up Paul. Jack comes along and they head to CTU. Meanwhile, we see two people are having sex in a hotel room. The man is named John Hansen and he’s a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, the women is named Nicole. Captain Hansen tells Nicole that he has to leave because he has a night flying mission. His cell phone rings and he answers and it’s his wife Laurie. She tells Hansen that there are men with guns at their house. Just then Nicole takes her gun out and points it at Captain Hansen. Then suddenly the hotel door opens and Mitch Anderson appears. Anderson enters the room and Nicole leaves, we can see that this is part of an elaborate operation. Captain Hansen learns that his family has been kidnapped and he must do whatever Anderson tells him or his family will be killed. A while later the helicopter lands on the CTU roof. The medics rush Paul into CTU medical. Jack speaks with Audrey and updates her on Paul’s condition and Audrey doesn’t take the news well. Jack knows he failed to protect Paul and he knows he failed Audrey. Later Audrey will question her relationship with Jack and she admits she might still have feelings for Paul. Meanwhile, Michelle knows she is short-staffed so she decides to make a call to bring in an analyst.

Jack hands-over the printout from Mclennen-Forster and CTU begins to work on the encryption. They break the encryption and get a lead on a local Professor named Joseph Fayed. Jack goes into the interrogation room and approaches Dina with the new information. Jack and Tony tell Dina that if she cooperates the Government would place her and Behrooz in the witness protection program. Dina questions CTU’s plan with Fayed but she knows this is the best option and she agrees to help. But before she leaves she says goodbye to Behrooz and they have an emotional scene. Meanwhile, Captain Hansen and Anderson get in a car, Anderson hides in the trunk and Captain Hansen drives. They get to the front of the Air Force base and Captain Hansen has to clear the security checkpoint. He does and they drive onto the base. Captain Hansen parks his car and Anderson gets out of the trunk. Anderson then kills Captain Hansen and cuts off his finger and hides the Captain’s body. Meanwhile, Dina and Jack leave CTU and head for Fayed’s house. The analyst that Michelle called to help out arrives and it is of course Chloe O’Brien. Chloe is assigned to work on the satellite coverage with Edgar and Chloe is not fond of working under Edgar. Aboard Air Force One, President Keeler is briefed on CTU’s investigation and we learn that he may be landing soon. Across the city, Jack and Dina prepare to arrive at Joseph Fayed’s house. Jack knows he needs to be injured for Dina to look more credible, so Jack stabs himself in the stomach.

CTU finalizes the satellite coverage and Jack and Dina arrive at Fayed’s home. Dina tells Fayed that she captured a Federal Agent in an ambush. Fayed is very skeptical about Dina’s claim and he calls Marwan who agrees to set up a meeting. Marwan isn’t stupid and he knows Dina is trying to play both sides. Jack, Dina and Fayed leave and head for the meet with Marwan. Back at CTU, Chloe and Edgar are busy tracking Jack. Fayed continues driving and he goes into a tunnel. Fayed abruptly comes to a stop and a white van appears and stops next to the car. Men get out of the van and put hoods over Jack and Dina’s heads and they put them in the van. A bomb is placed in Fayed’s car and he speeds away. CTU can’t see what’s happening in the tunnel and they are clueless of the switch. They do a heat-scan and they realize Jack and Dina are gone. CTU teams move in on Fayed. They close in on the car but he detonates the bomb and kills himself in a massive explosion. At the Air Force base, Anderson prepares for the next phase of the operation and he uses Captain Hansen’s finger to clear a security checkpoint and as the scene ends we see a fighter jet. Meanwhile, the van comes to a stop and Marwan decides to test Dina’s loyalty. He gives her his gun and tells her to kill Jack. Dina’s hand trembles and she can’t pull the trigger, she turns the gun on Marwan and pulls the trigger but there are no bullets in the gun. Marwan’s men take Dina away. The man takes out his gun and points it at Dina and fires a shot. CTU now has nothing on Marwan and Jack is now Marwan’s prisoner.
