Concernant la cérémonie beaucoup de star en autre Eminem,Outkast,Usher,Elisha Chuthbert,Sharon et Ozzy Osbourne,Nelly,Alicia Keys,Black Eyes Peas!etc......
La Guest Star de cette soireé etait Sarah Michelle Gelard qui a remis le pris le plus important de la soireé Best Song!
La grande absente fut bien sur Britney Spears!Le présentateur fut XZibit qui a assuré comme une bete toute la soireé il a mis une tres bonne ambiance!
La grande surprise de cette soireé sont les grand Gagnant Outkast(3 Prix) tout le monde penser voir Usher L'emporter mais il sent sort deja pas mal avec 2 prix!Britney qui c'est fait détroné cette anneé sur la place Best Pop par Black Eyes Peas!
Un prix décérné a l'assaciosation La Strada!Association Italienne qui s'occupe des femme prostituer dans la rue!
Beaucoup de message Anti-Bush
